Memory Workshops

"Many organizations put on a captive memory workshop to train employees or members of a professional association. This is especially effective in groups of students or where people work to pass exams for professional certification."

The workshop begins with a demonstration of memory power. Participants test their memory on a simple task. After learning the basic principles of mnemonics they test themselves again. The results are dramatic. Most score twice as high on the second test.

Armed with the basic method, attendees go on to practice strategies for specific learning tasks. These include:
